THAI YOGA massage
Thai Yoga or Thai Massage is a holistic therapy the goal of which is to achieve and maintain good health on all levels - physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.
With its combination of techniques and adjustments it can relieve you of tension and bring the body back to its natural balance.
Although the Thai Yoga massage is not specifically designed to reduce individual problems such as headaches, aching backs and shoulders, shallow breathing and mild anxiety, its anti-stress effects can often result in the reduction of these problems.
Thai Yoga massage is performed on a solid mattress or a futon on the floor with the client dressed in light clothes.
A typical treatment lasts between 1.5 – 2 hours.
Depending on the client's needs and contraindications, the therapist uses his palms, thumbs, feet, elbows, his bodyweight instead of strength along with a steady, meditative rhythm to provide a safe and pleasant relaxing or a more dynamic massage.
